Rowan Coleman launches ‘The Memory Book’

Heading off to The Parlour Bar in Jewel Piccadilly I knew I was in for a treat. My lovely author friend Rowan Coleman was launching her latest novel, which has already garnered lots of 5* reviews, ‘The Memory Book’.

Here we are, Rowan dressed in a very-appropriate red dress:

The event was populated by bloggers and authors and the whole evening had been wonderfully thought-through by the team at Ebury. Goodie bags containing Lindt chocolates and little notebooks were presented, name badges were issued and of course the bar was stocked. Rowan made a lovely, warm speech and thanked her editor Gillian and the whole crew that had got the book to that moment.

I was super chuffed to meet Katy Regan, share a giggle with Ali Harris, Lucy Robinson, Amanda from Novelicious, Amanda from One More Page and meet other new faces from blogs I had read such as Rea. It was a brilliant evening, full of laughs and goodwill. The publicity team at Ebury, led by Amelia Harvell, were dolling out delicious delights and everyone had something good to say about the book and the author herself.

Overall a total win-win of an evening. Thank you to Ebury and Rowan for inviting me x x
